Caramel Slice with Expresso

Hmmmm...lembut banget caramel cake ini, membuatnya sangat mudah, hanya dari remahan biskuit yang dijadikan base cake-nya, dilapis susu caramel, dan terakhir cokelat leleh...satu gigitan dengan hangatnya expresso...sungguh nikmat....:)

Smooth Caramel Slice :

1 cup plain flour, sifted (pake sisa2 biskuit plain, di blender/FP...ike)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
125 gr butter melted

Filling
400 can sweetenend condensed mild (pake 1 kaleng Nestle...ike)
2 tbs golden syrup (pake madu...ike)
60 g butter melted

Toping
125 gr dark cooking chocolate, melted (pake yang milk...ike)
1 tbs, vegetable oil

nuts untuk taburan

Direction :
  1. Preheat oven to 180 C, Line a 3 cm-deep, 28X18cm (base) lamington pan. Place flour (biscuit) , sugar, coconut & butter in a bowl, Stir to combine. Pres into prepare pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minute or until light golden. Remove from oven. Cool.
  2. Make filling, combine condensed milk, golden syrup & butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook whisking, for 8 minute or until golden. Pour over biscuit base. Bake 12 minute or until firm. Cool completely. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until set.
  3. Make a toping, place dcc & veg oil, into microwave for 1 minute or until melted, Pour over caramel. Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until set. Cut into squares. Serve. Yummmmyyy....
