Beef Sausage with sun dried tomatoes

I got sun dried tomatoes from uncle Luke, he is my hubby's friend. I didn't know, about sun dried tomatoes, for what... May be for pasta, and another italian cooking. Now, I'm make it for this one. It's a really delicious...perfecto...:)
