chicken tikka ready to eat :)
Ingredients:
Halal chicken breast
yoghurt
tandoori spices
salt
ginger
garlic
lemon juice
paprika extract
emulsifier (E 451) Emulsifier pernah dibahas disini.
flavour enhancer (E 621)
How to make it:
Mix with all the spices, let stand half an hour until the flavors mingle. Store in freezer. Freshly cooked straight from the freezer.
